The first T20I between Pakistan and West Indies was played on 31 July 2025 in Lauderhill, Florida, USA. It was the opening match of the 3-match T20I series.
Pakistan batted first and scored a solid total of 182 runs.
Mohammad Rizwan was the top scorer with 61 runs from 38 balls, showing great timing and confidence.
Babar Azam gave a strong start with 43 runs off 31 balls.
In the middle overs, Iftikhar Ahmed played a quick knock of 28 runs.
Pakistan's batting looked very balanced, and they finished strongly in the death overs.
West Indies bowlers struggled to stop the runs.
Jason Holder and Rovman Powell tried to control the flow but didn't get enough support.
Their fielding also had mistakes, which helped Pakistan reach a big total.
While chasing 183, West Indies lost early wickets and never looked in control.
Brandon King scored 39 runs, but no other batsman supported him for long.
The team was all out for 146 runs in 18.3 overs.
